Atlantis: The Lost Bar

Atlantis is a great neighborhood bar and would be worth a trip to visit with a couple of friends. I appreciate that it has the freshest Philadelphia Brewing Company beers in town, due to its proximity to the brewery. It also keeps an interesting rotation of bar activities, including local team sports on the TV, quizzo, figure drawing, first friday gallery, and recently some friends started a food truck in the parking lot across the street. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly as are the patrons.

My husband and I wanted to go to the pool yesterday, but the weather did not permit, so e drove around Fishtown and stumbled across this bar. I love that it’s not fancy and the cost of the drinks are a good bargain. A Kensinger and a Crispin cost a total of $7. We noticed some Philly soft pretzels and a pitcher of water was placed out. I think they’re complimentary, which is a great way to make patrons feel special. The bartender, an older gentleman was very pleasant and I love that they had classic movies playing on the television. I am so happy we found this place.

Wife and I Need to get out the house for an hour so we looked up a few bars and decided Atlantis it is ( she loves aquaman ) We Had A Long Island And A Old Fashioned. Great Place to Be When Along Frankford Ave. Bartender One Reminds Me Of A Slim Rob Zombie and Great Convo From Here. Bartender Two Was Great With Kinder Minis and Lay's Chips For A Snack from His Personal Stash lol. Phillies Gane Was On Vs Brewers and Got To Educate WIFE On Baseball Along With A Long Time Fan Amy Expalining To Her Also. Oh Yea It's A Big Fluffy Dog That Loved To Be Petted While We Were There. I Highly Suggest Atlantis! Get Up And Get Out The House Come Here

Best bloody mary in all of philadelphia, make sure you ask for it "with the works." The bartender will know what it means. They might pretend they dont, but dont let em fool ya, they are real jokers at this spot.

This local dive bar brings together an interesting crowd of locals. The atmosphere is great and there's a certain camaraderie since everyone seems to love the bar. The best part is easily the prices. It's cash only, but definitely worth it since drinks are so cheap. There is a pool table even if it's awkwardly positioned in front of the bathrooms.

My favorite local bar. Local flavor, local sensibilities. Make a new friend. Understand a new point of view. See an old friend, have a dynamite cocktail or a quality beer.

The best dive bar in fishtown. The bartenders are great and the music is always good, especially on weekends when they have a DJ. The bartender Frankie brings a Super Nintendo on Thursdays during the day. Nice touch.

Love this bar. The bartenders here are knowledgeable, experienced, and hold great conversations. It's cash only, but if you forget they do have an ATM inside. Definitely worth checking out!

Great little hole in the wall bar. Friendly service, fair prices, pool table in good condition. Nice place to kill some time. Cash only.
